Welcome to my online booking system! I've made it easy for you to schedule an appointment just a few clicks. Simply select the service you need, choose a date and time that works for you, and provide your contact information. I'll take care of the rest and send you a confirmation email with all the details. Consultations MUST be booked to proceed with all new applications.

APPOINTMENTS

BOOKING POLICY

  • No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.

  • Deposits are non refundable.

  • Appointments are kept for 15 mins past the appointment time, Please make sure your are on time or your appointment may be cancelled & deposit forfeited.

  • If you are running late, Please sms 0438558038 with ETA.

  • Appointments can rescheduled & deposit rolled over with 48hrs notice.

  • Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48hrs of appointment time are subject to forfeiting the deposit paid.

  • Credits are kept for a max. of 6 weeks from issue date. No credits are issues for change of mind.

  • Colour consultations are final & any colour changes, blonde toners, purple shampoos used after your colour match may result in a difference of colour. Your hair extension technician is not liable for any colour differences and no monies are refunded.

  • You consent the Salon to take photographs of the provided service.

  • You consent the Salon sharing the photograph to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.

  • You acknowledge that i have been informed of the process / services being informed & if i do not i will make all efforts to understand before any services are performed.

  • You have made myself aware of the risks involved to my natural hair for any / all services being performed. I agree that in the event of hair breakage, hair loss etc. etc. that the technician or salon will not be held responsible.

  • You confirm that the Salon will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected as it should be.

  • You understand that if an allergic reaction or sensitivity occurs, I will not hold my technician or salon at fault. The charge for the removal of hair extensions is not included in the original fee.

  • You acknowledge that the services performed are final after the application. Any changes to the style, placement, length, volume etc. etc. will be charged accordingly.

  • You acknowledge that hair extensions are sensitive and different from intact human hair. I understand that using any products that are not purchased from the salon may damage / dry out the hair extensions. I am fully aware and responsible for the daily care of the hair extensions & that if I brush my hair hard or if the extensions are pulled that it can be ripped from the track & or roots. This is not the responsibility of the salon or hair extensionist.

  • You understand it is normal to lose your natural hair daily & for the hair extensions to shred hair, I agree to advise the technician immediately if i feel anything is abnormal.

  • You confirm that I will follow the recommended and the suggested follow-ups / move up / maintenance requests of the salon in maintaining my hair extensions.

  • You am aware that all hair types are different & require different follow up schedules.

  • You understand that the 'no refund' policy held by the salon.

  • You understand that i have 72hrs to advise the technician of any concerns / issues i may have after services performed, failure to do so may result in additional fees charged.

  • You agree i will not defame the name of the salon or technician publicly on social media, google reviews etc. in the event of any services performed do not meet my expectations.
